Get in Touch
Whether you have a question, a topic suggestion, a collaboration idea, or just want to say hello — I’d genuinely love to hear from you.
I run Napsology.com on my own, so every message lands directly in my inbox. No support team, no auto-responders, no contact form that disappears into a void. Just me, reading your email and writing back.
How to Reach Me
Email: info@napsology.com
This is the best — and only — way to contact me directly. I check it regularly and aim to respond within 2–3 business days. During busier periods it might take a little longer, but I do read everything and I’ll get back to you.
What I’m Happy to Help With
Not sure if your question is worth sending? Here are some of the things people reach out about — all of them welcome:
Article suggestions & topic requests Is there something sleep-related you’ve been searching for and can’t find a good answer to? Tell me. Reader questions are genuinely one of my best sources for article ideas, and if you’re wondering about it, others probably are too.
Corrections & feedback Found something on the site that seems outdated, inaccurate, or just plain wrong? Please let me know. I’d rather be corrected than keep publishing something misleading. Accuracy matters to me more than being right.
Personal sleep stories If you’ve dealt with insomnia, a sleep disorder, or a rough patch of bad sleep and want to share your experience — I’m here for it. I’ve been in that place too, and sometimes it just helps to know someone else gets it. I read every message, even if I can’t always respond in depth to every one.
Product questions Trying to decide between two mattresses? Not sure if a sleep tracker is worth it? Feel free to ask. I can’t promise I’ll have a perfect answer for every product, but I’ll share what I know and point you toward useful resources where I can.
Collaboration & media inquiries See the section below.
Collaboration & Brand Inquiries
I’m open to working with brands and individuals whose products genuinely align with what Napsology.com is about. If you’re reaching out about a potential collaboration, here’s what you need to know upfront:
What I’m open to:
- Sponsored content and paid partnerships (clearly disclosed, always)
- Affiliate partnerships for sleep-related products and services
- Product reviews (I’m honest — if it’s not good, I’ll say so)
- Guest posts from qualified contributors — sleep coaches, doctors, therapists, or researchers with something genuinely useful to share
What I’m not interested in:
- Generic link insertion into existing articles
- “Write a post about our product in exchange for a free item” requests with no disclosure
- Mass outreach templates — if your email starts with “Dear Webmaster” or “Hi there,” I probably won’t respond
- Products or services that have nothing to do with sleep, health, or wellness
If you’re reaching out about a partnership, please include a brief description of your brand, what you’re proposing, and why you think it’s a good fit for Napsology readers. I’ll get back to you if it seems like a genuine match.
What I Can’t Help With
I want to be upfront about this, because I’d rather be honest than leave you waiting for an answer I can’t give.
I’m not able to provide personal medical advice. If you’re dealing with a sleep disorder, chronic insomnia, sleep apnea, or anything that feels like a genuine medical issue — please see a doctor or sleep specialist. I’m a blogger with personal experience, not a clinician. I genuinely care about your wellbeing, which is exactly why I won’t try to substitute for proper professional care.
I can’t diagnose sleep problems. Even if you describe your symptoms in detail, I’m not qualified to tell you what’s causing them or what treatment you need. That’s a job for a professional who can actually assess your individual situation.
I can’t guarantee a response to every single email. I do my best, but I’m one person running this site alongside real life. If I don’t respond within a week or so, it’s not personal — it’s volume.
A Note Before You Write
If you’re going through a rough time with sleep — really struggling, the kind that affects your mood, your relationships, your ability to function — I want you to know I genuinely understand that. Bad sleep is not a small thing. It touches everything.
But please, if you’re at the point where it’s significantly impacting your mental or physical health, reach out to a doctor rather than a blog. You deserve proper support, not just an article.
I’m here for the questions, the curiosity, and the community side of this. For the clinical stuff, there are people far better qualified than me.
